This jam made with healing wild angelica, which grow on the foothills of Uludağ. It is one of the unique flavors of Bursa.
At first, Wild angelica, used in the recipe of this jam, which has an ancient history, is extracted and washed thoroughly. The syrup, which is prepared with sugar and water, starts to be boiled in a saucepan and then, wild angelica is poured on and continued to be boiled it.
