It is a dessert made in villages and districts on the outskirts of Uludağ, where livestock farming is common in Bursa. This flavour is made in holidays and special days.
Fresh clotted creams of the mountain region are made into cream and then, flour is added to it and mixed with a wooden spoon until roasted. After that, sugar is added to be mixed with them. As soon as the halva begins to fall off the wooden spoon, it is understood that it is cooked. Finally, it is served. You can find this halva in villages and districts where is especially in the mountain regions of Bursa.
