This food, which is one of the flavour of Traditional Bursa Cuisine, is also included in the Ottoman cuisine. It is made at Bursa’s traditional weddings by the mother of the bride. This special day meal is widely made in Bursa cuisine.
First of all, chicken broth is poured on the filo pastries, which is placed on greased a tray and poured the butter and then baked in the oven. After a little waiting, the chickens are cut into small pieces and placed on it. In addition, bechamel sauce, which is prepared with chicken broth, flour, garlic, eggs, vinegar, salt and black pepper, is poured over the chickens. Finally, the prepared meal is placed on the plate for a service, after the melted butter is poured on it.
