These entertainments and gatherings are among our traditions, which ensure the promotion and dissemination of our folk songs, the "Tradition of Singing and Playing altogether", which is the source of our folk music and folk dances, as well as maintaining our traditions. In the past, the families of Bursa gathered in an open area, usually in a designated area in Uludağ, in summer days, and the activities organized as a picnic accompanied by music and food were called "Erfene, Erfane". It is organized in the Mountain Region (Keles, Orhaneli, Büyükorhan, Harmancık) on special days and holidays by associations or people called "Delikanlı başı".
