This dessert, which is hard to make; plate-size dough pastry are firstly placed on top of each other and then, butter and starch are applied between each one and cut with a water glass. The cut dough is folded in half, placed on greased tray and melted butter is applied on it and then it is cooked in traditional stone ovens. The prepared sherbet is poured on it.
