This flavour, which is one of the unique dishes of Bursa Cuisine, is also included in Ottoman palace cuisine. It is a delicious stew, which is consisting of a wonderful mixture of fruit and meat.
First of all, the plums boiled in hot water are filtered and it is clean from its seeds. Onions are roasted in the saucepan with butter and then, lamb meats cut in cubes form is added to it and cooked until the meats draw its juice. Finally, water and plums are added to be boiled in the saucepan. And the flavour is ready for service, after it cooked. You can find this flavour in the famous and traditional restaurants of Bursa.
