Silor Tray Ravioli

Caucasian immigrants brought this dish to Bursa and it became part of the traditional Bursa cuisine.

The dough, which is prepared with flour, water and salt, is folded in the form of a roll after it is opened with a rolling pin. It is then cut into pieces of 2 cm with a knife and cooked in the oven. To prepare silori, hot water is poured on the siloris put on the tray then it is covered and cooked. After cooling, garlic yogurt and butter are poured over and it is served.
