Boiled chestnuts and rice are mixed and boiled in a saucepan for preparing its special stuffing. This special stuffing is filled in the cabbages and then, they are placed in a saucepan and 3 glasses of water are poured on them. And they are chilled off, after cooked. Finally, this flavour is served cold. You can find it in famous and traditional restaurants of Bursa.
