Bursa is the richest city of Turkey in terms of water and mineral water spring resources. Some of the companies that produce water and mineral water in Turkey is using from resources of Uludağ for production. So much so When it comes to water, Bursa comes to mind.
According to the travellers, who visited to Bursa in the past, that there are lots of rivers and fountains all over the city. Even books on the spring water of Bursa have been written. While describing Bursa, Evliya Çelebi said; “In short, Bursa is just water.”
