Local Products of Bursa

Fruits and vegetables, which are grown in the fertile lands of Bursa, are Turkey’s most prestigious products. Bursa is the region where the best quality products of Peach, “Deveci” Pear, Apolyont Cherry, table olives and Strawberry are identified with its name. In addition, black figs are delivered from Bursa to all the world. However, raspberries and blackberries, which are grown and harvested in Uludağ, constitude to 90% of Turkey’s production. Turkey's highest quality artichokes are grown in Hasanağa Village in Bursa.
