Bursa Tourism Information Office

It is located next to Ulucami (The Grand Mosque), one of the symbols of our city, which is visited frequently by local and foreign tourists coming to Bursa.

DUTIES:
Providing information to local and foreign tourists visiting Bursa about the tourism regions of the city and helping tourists to reach these regions easily.

To distribute promotional publications (books, maps, brochures, city guides, etc.) about our Bursa to tourists.
Immediately report any action or behavior that disturbs tourists to the Tourism Police and higher authorities.
To prepare reports, to offer solutions and to inform the senior management in order to eliminate the problems related to tourism.
Keeping the necessary statistics about the people who consult the Tourism Information Office.

WORKING HOURS:
Our Tourism Information Office is open every day and serves between 09:00 and 18:00.
