There is no exact information about the construction date of the Thermal Spring. It is stated in the Kadi Records between 1511-1582 that there is mention of a bath named Akçe Hamam near the Hüsnügüzel Thermal Spring, which is used today, and that the mentioned bath may be Hüsnügüzel Thermal.
Hüsnügüzel Hot Spring, located on the same building island with Çekirge Thermal and Servinaz Thermal, is located in a garden with historical plane trees, precious horse chestnuts and pine trees with a view of Bursa.
