Karacabey Grand Mosque
Karacabey Grand Mosque is in the Karacabey district of Bursa. It was built by Murat Hüdavendigar (1362- 1389). It was repaired during the reign of Abdülhamid I (1774-1789). The mosque, which was burned down during the Greek occupation, was restored in 1964 by the General Directorate of Foundations. After the fire in 2012, most of the historical mosque was damaged and repaired.
