It is one of the important bazaars of Bursa. It is known that this bazaar was built by Selçuk Hatun according to Kadı registers. It is the bazaar where there are blacksmiths and cutlers. Because of the presence of furnace in these shops, fires often broke out.Cutlers and Bursa's local flavor Pideli Meatball Restaurants are located around it.
