Mausoleum of Karsiduran Suleyman Pasha
This mausoleum built during the 15th century, is the mausoleum of Suleiman Bey, former commissioned chief-officer responsible of the security of Bursa and, later, of Istanbul. Suleiman Bey furthermore performed the duty of being the accountant of Mehmed the Conqueror (1451-1481).
Beneath the main walls, which are built quite high, there is a crypt section (burial chamber). Inside the mausoleum, however, there is one sarcophagus.
This mausoleum was renovated in 1949 and in 2010.
