It is a large cultural center within an area of 21 thousand 186 square meters in the area where located the Molla Yegân Madrasa, named after Molla Yegân, a scholar of Islamic fiqh from Bursa, one of the important scholars of the Ottoman period, and where Fatih Sultan Mehmet was educated. In this center; multi-purpose hall for one thousand people, movie theaters, city library, Ottoman War Works Museum and Migration Museum, indoor parking lot with 300-vehicle capacity, painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography and music course workshops, exhibition areas, dance, ballet and folklore study halls, painting , art and sculpture gallery, cafeteria and administrative offices.
