In the museum, which was opened in the Ahmet Paşa Madrasa in the Muradiye district on September 18, 2004, various collections of Ottoman clothes and jewelry collected by Esat Uluumay, one of the founding members of the Anatolian Folklore Foundation, in 45 years are exhibited. There is an Ottoman tea garden in the museum, where there are 90 clothes and 500 pieces of jewelry from Anatolia and Rumelia dating back to the 15th century.
